Too Cheeky Swimwear DO NOT accept any RETURNED or EXCHANGED items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Damaged or Defective Items:
Too Cheeky Swimwear ONLY offer store credit for damaged or defective merchandise approved by management. In the unlikely event you receive an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. In order to return, items should be postmarked within 5 days of delivery date. Please note for all damaged or defective returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to us.
Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!
We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance. Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused.
We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
